Dip Coating Line
One hour on the line for a crack-resistant coating.
Our dip-coating line measures 60 meters (about 40 meters working length), and each part spends over an hour preheating, dipping, reflowing and cooling. The PE fuses and flows evenly, so the coating holds up in humid, saline environments.
